Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website and enrol in our courses.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Prototype placeholder. This policy is scaffolding that shows the structure and headings a page of this type needs. The wording has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be published as-is.

Agreement

By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information, particularly the name that will appear on your certificate
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Sharing an account is grounds for revoking a certificate

Enrolment and access

Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for the stated access period, normally twelve months. Access to course content ends at the end of that period. Certificates and transcripts remain in your account permanently.

Completion and certificates

Certificates are issued only when all completion requirements are met. We may revoke a certificate obtained by misrepresentation, account sharing, or circumvention of the assessment.

Continuing education

We state the CE hours associated with each course. Whether those hours satisfy your licensure requirement is determined by your licensing board. We make no representation that any board will accept any course.

Intellectual property

All course content, video, handouts and assessment items are our property or licensed to us. You may download handouts for your own professional use. You may not record, redistribute, republish, resell or use the content to deliver training to others without written permission.

Not clinical or legal advice

Course content is educational. It does not create a professional relationship, does not constitute clinical supervision, and does not replace independent clinical judgment or legal consultation. You remain responsible for decisions in your own practice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to circumvent seat-time tracking or assessment controls
  • Do not scrape, copy or bulk-download content
  • Do not submit identifiable information about a student or client
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform

Payment and refunds

Fees are stated before purchase. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We will give notice of planned maintenance where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in our operating entity's registration. We will post changes on this page and notify account holders of material changes.
