Train your whole team on the same framework

A threat assessment team only works if everyone is using the same language and the same thresholds. District licensing puts every member of your team through the same training, and gives you the record to prove it.

Why districts license us

One framework, one vocabulary

Your counselor, your school psychologist and your assistant principal come out of the training describing the same case the same way.

Compliance reporting

See completion by building, role and individual. Export the roster when your board or your insurer asks.

Seat licences you control

Distribute access codes yourself, reassign unused seats, and pool them across courses.

Procurement-ready

Purchase orders, W-9, certificate of insurance, VPAT and a signed data agreement on request.

How district onboarding works

  1. Scoping call

Twenty minutes. How many staff, which roles, what your team already has in place, and what your board requires.

  2. Quote and purchase order

We send a quote with seat count and term. You raise a PO. We issue access codes on receipt, not on payment.

  3. Roster upload

Send us a CSV or upload it yourself in the district portal. Staff receive an invitation email and enroll themselves.

  4. Kickoff session

Optional 45-minute live session with your team covering how the training maps onto your existing protocol.

  5. Ongoing reporting

Log in any time to see who has completed, who has stalled and who has never started. Automated reminders go out on a schedule you set.

Procurement documentation

Everything your business office is going to ask for, available before you ask.

W-9 & vendor forms

Provided on request, same day.

Certificate of insurance

General and professional liability, naming your district as certificate holder.

VPAT / accessibility

Conformance report against WCAG 2.1 AA. See our accessibility statement.

Data privacy agreement

We will sign your district's standard student data privacy agreement. See privacy policy.

Talk to us about your team

Tell us the size of your team and what your protocol looks like today. We will tell you honestly whether this is a fit.
