Billing questions

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Full refund within 14 days of enrollment provided you have not passed the post-test or downloaded a certificate. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, for team and district enrollments. Send the PO to our billing contact and we will issue access codes on receipt, before payment clears, so your staff are not held up.

Is there a subscription?

No. Individual enrollments are one-time payments. District licenses are annual and do not auto-renew — we will contact you before expiry.

Can I transfer a seat to a different staff member?

Yes, as long as the original holder has not started the course. Contact support with both names.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards for individual enrollments. Purchase order, ACH and check for team and district accounts.
